Hi Worpdress users, I am pleased to announce you the release of my four latest work. All themes are derived from one of my popular creations “The Beauty Within”. Don’t you worry folks, each theme looks very different from the other. You may go ahead to my Test Blog and see it yourself.
By the way, before going any further, I would like to warn you to use the theme at your own risk. I am at present going to school, a Multimedia school to be exact and I have classes from morning ’til noon. I’m just telling you this to let you know that I have very little free time. This means I can’t respond to all your queries. The themes are thoroughly checked and all are tested on four different browsers and different resolutions. Based on my past experiences, there were several theme users who emailed me due to some problem like the following:
- messed up theme structure – this problem occured because the user posted an image which is wider than the given width of the entry div layer.
- fonts are all italic or bold and or messy – please take note that when you are using the rich editor , a problem may arise when you for example copy and paste a certain text from a website. Be aware that the rich editor will also adopt the complete HTML source of what you copied.
Now here are the four new WordPress Themes:
Funky Beat – is created for young and young at heart WordPress users. It is a two columns theme. On the upper part of the sidebar, a table is added to hold ‘recent comments’ and ‘recent entries’. This theme is using plugins as follows:
– exerpt reloaded
– get recent comments and
– Ultimate Tag Warriors
As mentioned above Funky Beat is using the “exerpt reloaded” plugin. The default tag on the index.php file shows 3 latest entries and chopped off your entry to 250 characters. If you like to change this settings, please open the mentioned file and find the following:
< ?php query_posts('showposts3'); ?>
As usual, please upload and activate the plugins included on folder before selecting the theme to avoid “fatal error warning”.
Turquoise – is a rounded style three columns theme. Requires no plugin.
Yuletide – is also a two columns theme and rounded just like Turquoise but has a dark and light blue color combination.
Yuletide 2 – in German language.
All themes has passed the validation, therefore they are XHTML compliant.
