Hi, hallo, ola everyone! The lukaret is back again after 2 weeks of silence (tama ba yon?). Back to the routine ika nga and I am glad I’m back home again. We luckily had a very beautiful weather, para ngang nasa Pilipinas na eh dahil sa sobrang init. Where I’ve been? Sa gilid-gilid lang kami pumunta…hehehe, actually in Hessen and Bavaria region kami nag-ikot.
It was indeed a very hectic week. Pagdating pa lang namin invited na kaagad kami sa isang party where I was able to met the people I haven’t seen for a long time mula ng lumipat kami almost 6 years ago. Narra’s (Hello Narra, if you are reading this, thank you again.) invitation was a blessing in disguise. The people looked so surprise as we arrived there, it turned out like an apparition of Beng’s ghost. Why I said that? Well, some if not many of them were surely not expecting to see me that evening. I also said “blessing in disguise” because I had been thinking of meeting some people I hold responsible for the TSISMIS that has been going around in that area (remember my entry “Disgusting People”?). That evening was my chance already to interrogate them. Was I successful? At the end yes, dahil nalaman ko kong kanino talaga ito nagmula. Some of my real friends told me to just shrug my shoulder and ignore what’s been going around. But see, I had been ignoring this sort of misbehaviour often and now I just have enough of it…I’m no saint. I know I can’t kill the evil but at least I managed to cut her tongue for awhile thru warning her that I’m going to meet her at the court if she won’t stop. The responsible person has of course denied…pero sino bang magnanakaw ang umaamin? This chapter is now AD ACTA, I only hope I taught her a lesson.
The story might not be interesting to you but the thought or fact that people are capable of creating absurd tale tales out nothing is horrible, shocking and amusing at the same time. Ang unang version ng issue na dumating sa akin was that iiwanan ko na daw ang aking asawa dahil meron daw akong nobyo na 30 years old. Two weeks ago just before leaving home to Darmstadt, I called a couple of Pinays whom I was told knows more about the story. Now the version they heard is relatively detailed, nakilala ko daw ang lalaki sa isang religious group na aking sinalihan sa Essen or Hessen.
Flashback – Last November, I attended a seminar in Frankfurt lead by RCBC-OnRem para sa mga nakuhang sub-agent. The seminar was held on a Saturday and I was supposed to visit my friends in Unterfranken the next day, but was cancelled due to lack of time. I called my friend Genie to inform her I can’t come, she then told me that there is a mass in Offenau (by Hanau) and that there is a small Filipino gathering afterwards. She invited me to come along since it is no longer far from Darmstadt and she said it is also an opportunity for me to introduce RCBC-OnRem. And so I went…
Well, I had been thinking hard, trying to remember what made this people to create such a story. I only remember talking to the priest who conducted the mass. I am just wondering bakit ako ang napagtuunan nila ng pansin. Oh well, hubby told me to take it as compliment nalang. Ngehehehe, di nga ba’t you are not interesting if people won’t talk about you?
My son Ivan has two cats and he asked me if I am willing to adopt one. Maliit lang kasi ang appartment niya and he realized there’s not enough space for two animals. Ivan named the baby cat “Gerome”. But as we arrived home, I decided to give him a name that would fit to his looks. I would like to introduce to you the new member of our family…E.T! E.T the cat reminds me of the Alien I saw in Amsterdam who was smoking a joint (see second pic.)
Lady Kitty is not amused at the moment…to her E.T is an intruder.
