Beng Hafner is my name. Well, most of you know that already. I am a mother of 3 and a granny of 3 cute kids. I am proud to be who I am and I am proud of the way I am. I am alive because I have a lot to live for. I have many dreams that I wish to reach for and I have many journeys to make. My life is like a soap opera, and you are the audience.

    wow! galing mo naman mader dear! nag-try ako nito once, sa buong buhay ko dito sa france, isang beses lang akong sumubok gumawa nyan. na-palpak pa! ^-^ i bought all the necessary ingredients, over excited pa ko at the time, sabi ko kay hubby, “you’ll see, super sarap ‘to! hehe”. ang kaso, ewan ko ba kung bakit ang kinalabasan e parang gulong sa kunat ang mga lintik! nyehehehe… so ayun, basurahan ang kumain. hinayang na hinayang ako kala mo ba… sa paris ko pa man din binili ang mga ingredients since wala kaming chinese store dito. mula noon, hindi na ko nag-try ulit.

    ang hindi ko maintindihan, sinunod ko naman ang cooking procedure. tsk. tsk.

    sowsmio mami benggay,kala ko talaga hirap gumawa ng palitaw salamat sa recipe mamush will try this bukas na bukas din,buti na lang may rice flour pa aki,hehe

    pwede ka na rin magputo kung ganon, at cuchinta at maja de blanca at ginataan bilo-bilo at biko hehehe…magtayo ka na kaya ng carinderia jan sa alemanya. tapos kunin mo ‘kong taga hugas ng plato.

    you don’t need much water. you can’t form the dough if it’s too wet darling.

    Thank you ate Beng and ate Sha is also giving me tips on this as well. By the way, I tried the meatloaf recipe today for dinner and I am soo happy that it turned out fine and tasty as well. I forgot to buy parsely so I just put in some rosemary.

    So you’ve successfully tried to baked the meatloaf recipe. Impress ako sa iyo dahil ang hilig at ang sipag mong magluto. I still have more recipes coming…time lang ang wala :)

    Ok, got to stop now dahil nandito ako ngayon sa sister ko and she’s standing me…looks inip na sa kakaantay sa akin. Have a nice weekend my dear.

    Ate I also tried the palitaw today and it was good on my first attempt nothing went wrong. The rice flour dough just floats when its cook . It was so simple actually I dunno why my aunts before can’t do it right as well.. hehehehehehe

    Wow Charles, ang galing mo :) To tell you honestly..medyo nahirapan ako when I first prepared it. Bilib ako sa yo. O ano have you registered yurself na doon sa ating We Pinoys?

    Btw, more recipes are coming…tapos na ako sa project so, may time na akong mag update dito.
